Loam plaster weekend at folxgarden
We had a great weekend at folksgarden finishing the loam plaster of the interior walls of our strawbalehouse.
A group of 6 loam "believers" did a great job. We finished the plaster ( render) of all the inner walls of our zone 1.
It was rewarding too. Not only that we learned a lot about that fantastic material, loam, clay, mud whatever you call it in your english in your part of the world. We did a great job too and we were save from that sudden temperature rise in the west of Germany on saturday. From 10 C° to 35 C° in one day. But we were save and cool with our wet plaster, cooling the air inside the house down like a fridge.
