About Toni Robinson
Current HR and Community Manager at Rak Tamachat, a new large-scale sustainable Permaculture farm and education site in Thailand, Toni has come a long way from her previous life as a wandering traveller.
Receiving 'Student of the Year' for her Permaculture Certificate 4 studies at the Permaculture College Australia, an award created by Robyn Francis especially for her 'outstanding course work and contributions to community', she lives and breathes her aspirations for a sustainable and regenerated world. Her vision of this world is complemented by her particular passions in building functioning, supportive and successful communities based around holistic goals and vision and enriching each others lives.
She has a natural talent for teaching and takes this role on whole-heartily during her Management position while co-teaching Introduction To Permaculture and Community Building Workshops and Permaculture Design Courses.
Originally from rural Australia, Toni has spent many years travelling the world, having visited numerous intentional communities around Europe, where she got a base for knowledge of Permaculture design and implementation on a community level. Here she fell in love with the concept of being able to design every system for maximum output for minimum effort to work with and mimic nature. She truly believes in slow and small solutions and by leading by example, she has every intention to 'save the world' one step at a time.
