About Adam Woodman

After working as a Landscape gardener for a number of years and completing a bachelor of Horticulture at Melbourne University, I found permaculture and immediately took PDC with Geoff Lawton in June 2007, and subsequently gained practical experience by woofing at regenerative design institute in Bolinas CA for 3 month. During this time in California I also completed a Keyline Design course with Darren Doherty.

In 2009 I began a year long stint as an urban woofer, contributing to the Establishment of 'The Plummery' and urban permaculture demonstration house in the Melbourne Suburb of Northcote.

In my recent travels in South America I was once again reminded of the need to share permaculture knowledge and concepts to our brother and sisters worldwide. In January 2011 I embraked on the 10 week Internship with Geoff Lawton to further contribute to this mission. This experience left me with greater skills and confidence in Permaculture.

I also hold a cert IV in permaculture and cert IV in training and assesment.

I am the owner and manager of Co-creative Permaculture, a Melbourne based consultancy, design, and implementation service. www.cocreativepermaculture.com

I am currently (Sep 2014) living and working in the Sacred Valley Peru, at a retreat center in the town of Arin where I am responsible for the design of fruit, vegetable systems, ornamental landscapes and the system to support them, including biofertilisers and compost tea.
