About Kirsty McArdle

Born in London I spent most of my life there.

I saw a TV programme with Bill Mollison when I was around 16 and thereafter have been hooked by self suffliciency and Permaculture.

But have only recently made a huge attempt to do something Permaculture. I moved to Morocco, my other obsession, in 2008. I've been searching for that bit of land with my name on it in the semi-arid region of Essaouira which has proved unfruitful, although I've come close to purchase 3 times.

So I'm about to move to the new PRI Morocco site 2 hours north of Fes (June 2012). Exciting times as it's all new.
