The Permaculture Research Institute of Australia

I live 1.5 km from the centre of Adelaide in a suburb on the edge of Adelaide's parklands. I have been interested in permaculture for many years and have applied many of these principles in a suburban garden. My partner and I now have 50 fruit trees in our garden so there is always plenty of produce. We have a vegetable garden, herb gardens and our 2 chooks complement our productive garden. That said we also have a beautiful rose garden and a number of perennial plants to complement the vegies and herbs. I also have an interest in garden design so there's a mix of influences in the garden.
