Currently trying to introduce permaculture and set up first permie org in Serbia, translate and publish Graham Burnett's Permaculture for Beginners and hopefully run a few intro and maybe one full course there this year.
Ambitious further plans: a permie project or two and maybe a whole permie village, but, that's at this point more of a wishful thinking due to lack of environmental education and conciousness there, funds, economic situation, mentality....
Hopefully, we'll be able to change that, little by little, solwly but surely :)
