About Samuel Bonello

I have always had an interest is development / aid work and environmental conservation. I have found Permaculture to be the perfect combination of those two interests. My wife and I took our PDC in Jordan in 2010 and I returned to Australia and completed the PRI internship in 2011. We were thrilled to have the chance to travel to Yemen, assisting Geoff and Nadia Lawton with a PDC there. I returned to the PRI to function as the teachers assistant and student liaison for the first internship of 2012.
Once I completed this appointment I began my first commercial job, designing and implementing a 53 acre project in Southern Queensland.
Permaculture is now my full time work.

Born and raised on the land in a temperate climate in N.S.W., Australia. Lived in Michigan USA for 7 years in a cold climate. Currently living in a sub tropical climate on the N.S.W., Queensland border.
Extensive experience in animal husbandry with beef cattle, horses and poultry. Spent many years teaching in other fields and look forward to teaching permaculture course in the near future.
